For
the past two and a half decades, Chuck Schumer has been a leader on
national issues and a tireless fighter for New York. He graduated from
Harvard Law School and served as a representative from Queens in the
New York State Assembly for six years before being elected to the US
Congress in 1980. Schumer was elected to the Senate in 1998 and serves
as a member of the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs;
the Judiciary Committee; the Energy and Natural Resources Committee,
and the Rules Committee. He is also a Ranking Member of the Administrative
Oversight and the Courts Subcommittee and the Economic Policy Subcommittee.

General of New York State on November 7, 2006. As Attorney General,
Cuomo is the highest ranking law enforcement officer for the State,
responsible for representing New York and its residents in legal matters.

the 54th Comptroller of the State of New York. DiNapoli was first elected
