Election Results - Tuesday, November 8, 2005

Tuesday, November 8th was an exciting day for Democrats in Yates County-seven candidates won their races.

Dr. John Cooley became the first Democratic coroner in Yates County in many years.
Deb Flood, Milo Legislator, was the highest vote getter in four out of the five legislative districts.
Eileen Farnan was re-elected as Barrington Supervisor in an overwhelming victory.
Carroll "Cubby" Graves won a close race for Milo Town Board.
Loretta Hopkins easily returned to the Jerusalem Town Board after many years.
Freeman Freeman won a stunning upset to earn his seat on the Barrington Town Board.
Peter Gerbic was easily re-elected to the Middlesex Town Board.

Congratulations to all these fine candidates….they will match the voters' trust with their dedication to serving the community.
